1883 Clothing Co.

A friend of mine from college recently started a clothing company called 1883 Clothing Co. He started it to create the perfect college sweater that blends tradition and modern fit into a casual campus favorite. It's lighter, slimmer, and can be dressed up with jeans or a skirt, or worn casually some yoga pants or sweats.  The company is based in Greenwich, Connecticut and currently has looks for Wagner, Yale, and Cornell.  Whats better than representing your alma mater?!

I don't know about you, but during college and law school, I found it really difficult to find clothing that represented my university that wasn't corny (lets be for real) or make me look like I just rolled out of bed (hello, large sweatshirt.)  Now, official graduates, these sweaters allow you to relive the college days, all while looking completely put together.  And like an adult.  Winning!

As soon as I felt this sweater, I fell in love.  They are extremely high quality and built to last (long past your 10 year reunion).  They are thick enough to wear alone, but you can definitely layer a button down underneath.  They do run slim, so I would order a size up in women's (I'm wearing a women's medium) or order your usual size in men's for more of a boyfriend look (I have a men's small).

THEY ARE HAVING A HUGE WINTER SALE!  GRAB YOUR SWEATER FOR 40% OFF!  Also, if you're a Wagner alum, you get an ADDITIONAL 25% OFF!  Just use the code SEAHAWKS at checkout.

Huge thanks to Kevin Richards and 1883 Clothing Co. for sponsoring this post!

Holiday Uniform

The holidays are here?  Seriously!?  I just can't stop wondering where this past year went...

Anyhow, I finally got around to packing for New York and realized I needed to put together some holiday looks fast!  This look is as easy as they come: comfy boyfriend jeans, a super comfy plaid shirt, and some pumps to tie it all together.  Both the shirt and the pumps are from Joe Fresh; a Canadian company that has stores in New York City (I've done a lot of damage at the SoHo location) and an online shop.  I truly wish they'd open up on the West Coast!  They have some crazy sales and I was able to score the shirt for under $20 and the pumps for $20 as well!
